If the product received is significantly different to the proof card and can be proven to be so, taking into account "variations in materials", or if they are faulty, a refund will be given.
(i.e addition or reduction in ordered quantities of part or the whole of the order) Amendments can be made within three weeks of the previously agreed deadline or prior to production or at the discretion of Moondance Designs.
(i.e deciding to choose a different design) Changes must be made prior to production, after the acknowledgement of the order.
Should you wish to cancel an acknowledged order, please note that all payments are non-refundable.
The unique nature of handmade cards and the embellishments used on them means that here may be slight differences in colour or design.
