- How will the design of my Wedding Stationery be organised?
An initial consultation (via telephone or email) will provide me with an overview of your ideas regarding colours, themes and images. Any designs from the galleries can be altered to fit your colour theme.
Personal meetings may be arranged depending on location.
- What sizes do the cards come in?
Standard cards - A6 (105 x 148mm)
Tall or Square cards - On request
Order of Service - Usually A5 booklet
RSVPs - A6 postcard (with return address printed on one side)
Place cards - Business card size
Menus - A5 sheet or A6 postcard
Thank You cards - A6 card or A5 sheet
NB: All invitations and occasion cards will have a small silver sticker on the reverse stating web details and 'phone number.
- What quantities can the cards be ordered in?
Most couples choose to order their invitations first. You may order as many or as few as you like and may find you come back to order more later (guest lists have a habit of growing!).
As your plans progress, you may then decide to order co-ordinating extras such as Order of Services, Place names etc.
You are not obliged to order the full range of products.
- What happens if I want to order Wedding Invitations only, for example?
You are not obliged to order the full range of products.
- How far in advance should I order my Wedding Stationery?
It is advisable to order your Wedding Stationery well in advance, particularly if you are planning a summer wedding. It is suggested that invitations are sent out 6 weeks before the day and I prefer 6 weeks to complete your order.
Therefore, you should think about ordering your stationery 3 months in advance of your Big Day.
- How will the stationery be delivered?
Orders will be sent by standard delivery at Royal Mail postage rates unless you specify a preference for recorded delivery.
- Can I order samples of the stationery to look at before I order?
Samples of any designs from the Gallery can be sent to you at £2.50 each. This will be refunded if you decided to order from my collection.
- Will I get the chance to approve my Wedding Stationery before production?
A proof will be sent for your approval once we have decided on a design and the wording for the insert. Email is by far the best way to share ideas and concerns, but I am always at the end of a phone.
- When is the payment due for my Wedding Stationery?
On confirmation of order - 25% non-refundable deposit (for materials)
On approval of proof - 25%
Prior to dispatch of order - balance plus P&P
- What methods of payment can I make?
Payment can be made by cheque or cash.
Sorry, I am unable to accept credit / debit card payments.
Cheques are made payable to MRS C JACKSON.
- Am I able to view the portfolio of designs?
A portfolio of designs can be viewed by prior arrangement at The Chapel Down Winery at Tenterden Vineyard.
There is also a portfolio for viewing at Avant Garde Bride & Groom, on Tenterden high street.
